Work Arrangement: Fully remote in the PH on either midshift (4pm-1am) or nightshift (9pm-6am)
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure DevOps, on-premises private cloud CI/CD, and experience with Microsoft stack tools. This role also requires hands-on knowledge in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker, and experience with Tanzu and/or Rancher. You will play a key role in building, automating, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for both cloud (Azure) and on-prem private cloud environments.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure using Microsoft stack tools.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers.
- Support and manage container orchestration with Tanzu and/or Rancher.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through automation and proactive monitoring.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployments and improve workflows.
- Implement and enforce best practices in infrastructure, security, and automation.
- Provide documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of on-premises private cloud infrastructure and deployment practices.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and management.
- Experience working with Tanzu and/or Rancher.
- Familiarity with Microsoft stack tools (Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, etc.)
- Knowledge of system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
