AISA (Artificial Intelligence Super Agency) is a spinout studio that develops real-world AI tools, simulations, and systems to help humans navigate complexity, accelerate ideas, and build better futures. We prototype and launch high-impact applications that empower founders, creators, and communities. Our roadmap for 2025–2026 includes AI-powered pitch feedback, simulation-as-a-service (AICitySim), and rapid web creation tools — all designed to make technology more human-centered and practical.

Role Description

We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to transform the MVP of Board-1, our playful startup pitch-feedback web app, into a world-class production version (Board-1 PRO). This is a warm-up and team-building exercise ahead of our broader roadmap of releases.

This short-term contract role (2–4 weeks initially) is fully remote and ideal for a creative problem-solver who loves bringing early-stage products to life.

You’ll collaborate directly with AISA’s founder and product team to elevate usability, consistency, and visual appeal — setting the design tone for future AISA spinouts.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine the existing Board-1 MVP UX/UI.
• Create mockups, prototypes, and polished visual designs.
• Develop or guide front-end handoff (Figma → code).
• Ensure a cohesive, intuitive experience across devices.
• Communicate clearly and iterate quickly with our distributed team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UI/UX design for web apps.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or XD (or alternative)
• Demonstrated ability to produce modern, clean design systems.
• Excellent communication and written English.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously.
• Based in or near Singapore time zone (GMT +8) preferred.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI-driven tools, gamified UI, or Flask/React interfaces.
