Why this role matters
At
Exness, we’re repowering our
in-house agency-level creative team. We’re looking for a
seasoned Senior Digital Designer with a proven track record in
UX/UI design for major brands. You’ll bring a sharp eye for
website experiences, landing pages, Customer Journey and a portfolio that proves you can make complex journeys seamless, engaging, and commercially impactful, at the same time you will also focus on impactful graphical elements for the websites and other projects. Agency + in-house experience is a must; fintech is a plus.
You’ll elevate Exness.com and other Exness websites into best-in-class digital products, where design isn’t just aesthetics but a driver of business growth and customer trust.
What you'll actually do
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI design of websites, landing pages, and non-product app flows.
- Partner with product, dev, and marketing to optimize user journeys for conversion and retention.
- Work with design systems and develop scalable templates to unify brand experience.
- Conduct competitor audits and trend analysis to keep our platforms ahead of the curve.
- Prototype and test designs, using data-driven insights to refine solutions.
- Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and performance marketers on integrated campaigns.
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of UX/UI experience for international brands (agency + in-house mix).
- Strong portfolio of web/app projects with proven business results.
- Mastery of Figma, prototyping tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of CRO principles and A/B testing.
- Confident communicator with ability to present to senior stakeholders. Knowledge of fintech UX or regulated industries is a plus.
