⚡ What You’ll Actually Do (a.k.a, Your Daily Superpowers)

• Own and ship product features from database models to GraphQL resolvers to polished UIs. Basically, you make magic happen.
• Design scalable backend and AI orchestration systems using Python, Postgres, and Temporal.
• Hunt down repetitive growth marketing workflows and automate them into oblivion.
• Boost the reliability and performance of AI agents powering customer success (yes, these AIs are your new coworkers).
• Keep the codebase clean, fast, and secure — like a ninja coder.
• Craft intuitive user experiences so smooth that customers might just shed a tear of joy.

• 5 - 12 years of experience as a fullstack engineer with strong backend capability
• Experience at an early- stage startup or as a founder.
• Build backend APIs, databases, and scalable service architectures in your sleep (or at least during working hours).
• Full- stack proficiency across the entire stack. Preference for someone with strong backend foundations > frontend but ideally should have both.
