You can look forward to
You share responsibility for the development, administration and maintenance of our Business Intelligence landscape in connection with projects and the line organisation.
Focus on holistic support for our globally deployed Microsoft Power BI platform
First point of contact for all topics around Microsoft Power BI from the basic architecture to specific issues in reporting
Supporting colleagues from IT and the business side in the BI and data analytics environment in Germany and internationally
Collaborating on DWH and data mart modelling and the necessary basic requirements analyses
Going forward, the use of further state-of-the-art technologies for analysis and visualisation in the Cloud environment is envisaged
Coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners on the elaboration and implementation of adjustments to the platform and existing systems
Preparing and holding meetings, workshops and training activities
You come equipped with
Highly developed Microsoft Power BI skills, ideally extending to the administrative side
Experience in data modelling and the conceptual design of reports is desirable
In-depth expertise in the design of BI solutions based on state-of-the-art concepts
Initial Cloud experience, ideally with Azure
You think analytically and your working approach is structured
Knowledge of the (re)insurance industry (ideally)
Proficient user skills in German and English
Willingness to travel worldwide on business, roughly once or twice a year
