About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to set up a RoB for the newly formed Insights’ function and drive the development of repeatable, scalable insights products that empower internal teams globally. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for customer experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across functions. Prior AI experience is not required, but curiosity and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Insights Function Rhythm of Business (RoB) Setup
• Design and implement a structured RoB for the newly created Insights function.
• Use ClickUp (project management tool) to establish governance, workflows, and reporting cadence.
• Insights Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and maintain the roadmap for insights products aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and innovation.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the voice of internal customers (primarily focusing on other teams) gathering requirements and translating them into actionable product features.
• Communicate product vision and progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Execution & Delivery
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
• Prioritize backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Data-Informed Decisions
• Use metrics and feedback to measure success and guide improvements.
• Ensure products deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with other teams and CE&S business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Build consensus and manage trade-offs effectively.
