NeonLabs JobHub, in partnership with Mercor, is looking for talented Visual Designers to collaborate on AI-driven projects exploring how creative workflows are simulated and understood by next-generation models.
This role is ideal for designers who excel in graphic design or UI design and want to help shape how AI interprets and replicates real-world design processes.

You’re a Great Fit If You:- Have 1+ years of experience in graphic or UI design
- Hold a degree in design or a related field
- Are based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual design work (apps, websites, branding, or marketing assets)
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
- Have strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
- Are familiar with LLMs or GenAI tools (a plus, not required)

Role Highlights- Flexible workload: 10–20 hrs/week, with potential to expand to 40 hrs
- Fully remote & asynchronous — work on your own schedule
- Initial duration: 1–2 months, with possibility of extension

Timeline & Process- Start date: Early to mid-August (applications reviewed on a rolling basis)
- Interview: Conducted through an AI-led conversation about your creative process
- Portfolio review: You’ll walk through one of your designs and discuss fundamentals
- Selection based on portfolio quality and interview performance

Compensation & Classification- $50–$80/hr (USD)
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect
- Legally classified as an independent contractor under Mercor
