Infrastructure Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of IT infrastructure operations including servers, storage, network, and cloud systems.
• Plan and oversee IT setup for new office build-ups, renovations, and relocation projects, including cabling, network design, and hardware deployment.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective infrastructure implementation.
• Manage data center and server room design, setup, and maintenance.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across all infrastructure components.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Manage vendors and service providers to ensure SLA compliance.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to infrastructure engineers and project teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role.
• Strong hands-on experience in servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware), networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), storage, and cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure setup for office relocation or renovation projects.
• Familiar with structured cabling, network design, power and rack layout planning.
• Excellent communication, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• ITIL certification preferred; PMP certification is an advantage.
