What You'll Be Doing

We need a hardcore PHP developer who thrives in diverse technical environments. You'll be our go-to person for:

• Legacy Code Mastery: Diving into existing PHP systems with minimal documentation and making them work better
• Laravel Excellence: Building robust applications on the Laravel framework
• Multi-System Management: Working across multiple internal and external PHP systems simultaneously
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting complex issues and implementing elegant solutions
• Integration Work: Connecting various systems to create seamless workflows for our clients

This isn't a cookie-cutter role. You'll encounter different codebases, varying documentation quality, and unique challenges that require both technical skill and creative problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 3-4+ years of hands-on PHP development experience
• Strong Laravel framework expertise
• Proven ability to work with legacy PHP code and minimal documentation
• Self-directed work style (you'll be working remotely with autonomy)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English communication for team collaboration

Bonus Points:

• Experience with CRM integrations (GoHighLevel, etc.)
• Familiarity with marketing automation systems
• API development and integration experience
• Database optimization skills
