You'll be focusing on the full-stack development of our web applications and backend services. This role is perfect for someone who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow their skills in a collaborative environment.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Develop and maintain web applications: Implement new features and enhance existing ones for our customer-facing web platforms, working across the full stack.
- Contribute to backend services: Assist in the design and implementation of APIs that support our web applications.
- Write clean, efficient code: Maintain and improve the Java codebase, following best practices for code quality and maintainability.
- Test and debug: Write and maintain unit and integration tests that cover functionality effectively.
- Collaborate with the team: Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to help the team improve.
- Learn and grow: Actively research and suggest new ways to enhance our platform, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
What Makes You A Strong Candidate:
- 2-3 years of professional experience as a Java developer in the Spring ecosystem.
- Experience with web application development and the React framework.
- Familiarity with both front-end (HTML, CSS, Typescript, React) and back-end (Java, Spring Boot) technologies.
- Experience with Relational Databases like MySQL is a must.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented analysis and design.
- Familiarity with REST API development.
- Ability to deploy, test and debug applications on a modern stack using Docker, k8s and GCP would be a big plus.
- A problem-solving mindset and a passion for learning new things.
- A team player with strong communication skills and Upper-Intermediate English
