🔍 Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer with hands-on experience in Apache Kafka, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend systems and microservices that are secure, cloud-native, and high-performing.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust, high-performance Java backend applications using Spring Boot.
- Integrate and manage Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.
- Work with MongoDB for NoSQL database needs, including data modeling and performance tuning.
- Deploy and manage services on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, etc.).
- Develop REST APIs and work within a microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Management.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team discussions.
✅ Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions).
- Solid working knowledge of AWS services.
- Experience working with MongoDB in production environments.
- Understanding of RESTful web services and microservice patterns.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum.
