The Role

Ecolab seeks an accomplished and forward-thinking HR Generalist, possessing a minimum of five years’ high-quality experience in Human Resources. This pivotal position provides strategic support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP), ensuring the effective operation of HR processes that enhance employee experience, organizational branding, engagement, employee relations, and compliance. This is a unique moment to join the team, with the opportunity to help shape and build an HR function fit for the future.

What You Will Do

  • Provide comprehensive support to the HRBP in implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support Talent Development Programmes to promote employee growth.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with company values and legal standards, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
  • Lead end to end recruitment activities for junior roles
  • Collaborate in strengthening employer branding activities.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication across HR functions and with employees.
  • Provide Administrative support for key HR processes

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources or related roles, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
  • Fluent in English (C1 confirmed by certificate)
  • Strong understanding of HR management best practices, employee development, and performance management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proactive and open-minded approach to HR practices.
