Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Tokyo. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining a high level of phone etiquette, and creating a positive customer experience.

📌Location - Cyberjaya, Malaysia
✅Salary - Up to RM 10,000 basic
✅ Note: up to 6months to 1year customer service experience.
✅Shift: Rotational shift but candidates not okay for night shift can be aligned for normal shift

*✅Role & Responsibilities:*
• Take call and provide accurate answer to customer queries.
• Delivery excellent customer support & services and offering patient assistance at all times.
• Respond to customer’s inquiries over knowledge acquired through training (client product, continuous improvement, and other courses).
• Deliver customers support & services effectively through active communications.
• Meet and exceed all key performance indicators set by the company and the client.
• Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels
• Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
• Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management.
• Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team.
• Take the extra mile to engage with consumers

*Skills:*
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• Contact centre experience of at least 1 year
• Track record of achieving targets
• Problem-solving oriented
• Consumer-oriented mindset
• Great interpersonal skills
• Technology adept
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
• Research skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in a team as well as on your own
