About the Role

We’re representing a fast-growing fintech that’s scaling its digital payments and trading platforms globally. The company is hiring a VP of Data to own data strategy across the business, from engineering to analytics to AI.

You’ll set the direction for how data is collected, structured, and used across multiple international markets. It’s a senior leadership position with real influence over product, risk, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing data team (engineering, science, and analytics)
• Define and deliver a long-term data roadmap that supports growth and compliance
• Oversee architecture of modern data platforms and pipelines
• Drive predictive and AI-based initiatives to enhance decision-making
• Partner with product, finance, and risk teams to embed data into every process
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and quality standards are met globally

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years in data and analytics, with at least 3 years in senior leadership
• Background in fintech, banking, or a high-growth tech environment
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong technical grounding in data warehousing, analytics, and architecture
• Strategic mindset with experience working closely with exec teams

Package

• Base salary: AED 45,000 – 65,000 per month (≈ USD 12,000 – 18,000)
• Bonus: Annual performance bonus + equity options
