Mindioo is an early-stage Start-up with a remote, international team building an AI-Powered Platform with Business and Community Tools and a Marketplace for Coaches, Creators, Practitioners and Clients in Personal and Spiritual Development to Connect and Collaborate effortlessly on. We’re targeting a public launch of our product in Q4 2025 for the US market.
The Problem We’re Solving
Life coaches, Wellness Practitioners and Digital creators are often solopreneurs who lack time or tech and marketing savviness. They struggle to juggle several standalone online tools, hindering their ability to grow and run their business effectively.
Clients struggle to get an overview of the marketplace, stay organized and connect with suitable, vetted coaches, quality content and resources. Currently, clients need to follow multiple channels in order to book sessions and keep up to date, support, and access exclusive content from their favorite coaches and creators in the personal transformation space.
Mindioo provides a fully integrated 2-sided platform that allows providers to connect with new clients, retain their current client base, increase their visibility, and integrate all the tools they need to conduct business effectively.
Clients access a wide array of services, content, and resources across multiple categories on the global marketplace. Here they’ll find 1:1 sessions, video courses, podcasts, ebooks, news feed, events, and videos in one consolidated space.
About the Role
This role is for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with a strong focus on marketing and startup growth strategy. You’ll create synchronicity between Sales and Marketing, lead our go-to-market approach, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and monetization. As part of the founding team, you will play a crucial role in launching and scaling Mindioo into a global player in the personal transformation industry.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive marketing and revenue growth strategy.
- Build and scale multi-channel campaigns to increase brand visibility and traffic.
- Develop monetization strategies for the marketplace, services, and digital products.
- Own customer acquisition, customer success, retention, and lifecycle marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the product and tech teams to align go-to-market and platform features.
- Shape brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.

- Manage Sales team & Sale forecasts
- Lead strategic partnerships, influencer campaigns, and community outreach.
- Create a marketing roadmap and set clear KPIs to track performance.
- Drive competitive analysis and market research.
- Report directly to the CEO and contribute to company-wide decision making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a growth, marketing, or revenue leadership role at a SaaS or marketplace startup.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, growth hacking, branding, and user acquisition.
- Experience in launching and scaling products in the US market.
- Hands-on ability to build and manage marketing stacks, analytics tools, and funnels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Bonus: Interest or experience in the personal or spiritual development space.
Job Details:- Sweat equity Co-Founder role. This position is unpaid and offers equity only. A salary will be introduced once the company becomes profitable.
- Part-time, initially minimum 15 hours/week (hours may vary month to month).
- Must be available for a few hours during CET working hours.
- Fully remote.
