We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join a team of fast-growing e-commerce brands. The products are sold across Europe via Shopify stores and major marketplaces. This role is for someone who combines strong design skills with creative strategy. We need a designer who researches, thinks ahead, leverages AI tools, and proactively brings new ideas to the table. If you're the type who's always scanning trends, analyzing competitors, and translating insights into fresh design concepts, this could be the role for you.
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Remote: Fully remote, PH working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: $900-1300 (based on a 40-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Proactively research competitors and market trends to identify best-performing creatives
- Actively leverage AI tools to generate creative variations, product visuals, and lifestyle assets from simple product photography
- Present structured proposals with new ideas and concepts, adding a unique creative twist to proven strategies
- Design and manage Shopify pages, including product pages, homepages, and category pages
- Create compelling product page content and A+ content for marketplaces like Amazon and Bol, ensuring consistency and clarity across all online touchpoints
- Design high-performing ad creatives for campaigns
- Repurpose influencer content from our database into high-performing creatives and develop social media posts and visuals for campaigns
- Optimize and maintain visual style guides, brand books, intros, and presentation decks
Who You Are:
- With 5+ years of experience in graphic design for e-commerce or consumer brands, taking the lead in content creation ideation and execution
- Actively experimenting and leveraging AI tools to generate content creatives and transform simple assets (like white background photos) into high-converting visual assets
- Experience with Figma and successful ideation and creation of webshop landing pages and product pages in Shopify
- Proven ability to create high-performing (ad) creatives
- Strong research skills, including analyzing competitors and identifying successful strategies
- Proactive by nature, constantly bringing ideas and new angles without waiting for instructions
- Communication: Fluent spoken and written English.
