Art Director

Our client, a boutique advertising agency in Florida, is seeking an Art Director with a strong conceptual mindset and hands-on design skills. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic creative team to develop 360° campaigns across digital, print, and out-of-home (OOH) media—owning projects from ideation through execution. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for branding and marketing, adapting style and layout to suit each project. You’ll work independently and collaboratively across creative, account, and traffic teams—meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and ensuring smooth project execution. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful, high-profile campaigns in a collaborative and creative environment. This temp-to-perm role, 40 hours weekly, EST time zone, that is fully remote for those located in the states of KY, OH, TX, SC, GA, and FL.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce 360° campaigns across digital, paid media, print, and OOH as well as PowerPoint decks and presentations.
• Conceptualize and design graphics, images, and layouts for various projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on campaign development, digital and print collateral, presentations, internal communications, and social media assets.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality designs within established brand guidelines.
• Ensure brand consistency through thoughtful color, typography, imagery, and layout choices.
• Maintain organization and workflow efficiency while handling multiple projects.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in art direction and design within an ad agency or in-house creative team.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with a modern, minimalistic design aesthetic.
• Experience developing integrated campaigns across digital, social, and print.
• Hands on design skills and technically sound in asset building and delivery for multiple platforms.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A polished portfolio showcasing conceptual skills, campaign work and digital and print samples.
• Availability to work EST business hours for remote candidates.
