At Simple Growth Lab, we're looking for a creative, detail-obsessed graphic designer who’s a pro with Figma and has experience designing for Klaviyo (or is eager to master it fast). Someone who can create stunning visuals that actually convert not just look pretty.
We work with fast-growing e-commerce brands and need someone who can design everything from Welcome Flows to Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, weekly campagins and everything in between!
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing complete email templates from scratch and with the help of our pre-build designs components to work you work easier ;)
- Creating reusable, scalable templates in Figma
- Collaborating with our strategists and copywriters to align visuals with performance goals
- Applying design thinking to build high-converting, on-brand email experiences
✅ You're a great fit if you…re highly skilled in Figma (Photoshop is a bonus)
- Have experience with Klaviyo or are confident you can learn it quickly
- Have a sharp eye for branding, spacing, layout, overall email design.
- Understand e-commerce and how to communicate visually in a sales journey
- Can work independently and meet deadlines while communicating clearly.
- Have a portfolio that shows both creativity and conversion focus
Bonus Points if You...
- Can work with photo-editing tools like photoshop, after-effects
- Have good AI knowledge
- Have agency or e-commerce design experience
- Understand marketing funnels and email lifecycle flows
- Love clean, minimal, conversion-driven design
- Can suggest improvements instead of just following instructions from our side.
