We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team and shape the future of our digital products. You will take ownership of end-to-end design processes, transforming complex challenges into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences. This role requires strong design expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions at scale.
🔹Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end design processes — from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure user-centered outcomes.
- Design for complexity and scale, creating intuitive solutions that balance advanced functionality for power users with approachability for non-experts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
- Translate technical concepts into clear interaction models, flows, and visualizations that make complex systems easy to use.
- Communicate design rationale effectively, facilitating design reviews and influencing decisions at multiple levels.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a culture of design excellence and collaboration.
- Stay up to date on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI and product design.
🔹What are we looking for?
- 4+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of shipping digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual design, and user-centered solutions across web and/or mobile.
- Mastery of modern design tools (Figma required; Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar a plus).
- Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Experience designing and evolving design systems for scale.
- Solid knowledge of user research methods (qualitative and quantitative) and their application in product design.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional, distributed teams.
- Strong adaptability and initiative in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have (Bonus)
- Exposure to complex domains, multi-role systems, or configuration tools.
- Background or interest in AI/ML, conversational interfaces, or automation workflows.
- Familiarity with APIs, scripting interfaces, or workflow builders.
- Experience in voice technologies, telephony, or conversational design.
- Contribution to or leadership of scaling design systems in fast-growing organizations.
