We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Investment Banking Business with extensive knowledge of general ledger systems, trade posting, trade balancing, general ledger mismatch resolution, accounting rules, reference data management, treasury operations, financial control, and planning. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, optimizing financial processes, and supporting strategic financial planning within the investment banking sector. Job Requirement
10+ years of experience in a finance or business analyst role within the investment banking sector.
Strong knowledge of general ledger systems and financial accounting principles.
Experience with trade posting, trade balancing, and reference data management.
Proficiency in resolving general ledger mismatches and understanding accounting rules.
Experience in treasury operations, financial control, and planning.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, CPA) or equivalent.
Experience with financial regulatory reporting and compliance.
Familiarity with data governance practices and tools.
Knowledge of industry-specific financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Bloomberg).
