  • Build the enterprise web portal, creating intuitive, responsive interfaces to support seamless user workflows and data interactions.
  • Execute bug fixes, code cleanup, and refactoring across front-end components to improve maintainability and performance.
  • Support the finalization and optimization of Android app front-end and launcher features, emphasizing smooth on-screen experiences and cross-device compatibility.
  • Contribute to back-end systems, including on real-time communication platform, microservices, and secure integrations.
  • Implement clean APIs, real-time endpoints (WebSocket, WebRTC, gRPC), and observability tools to boost overall platform reliability.
  • Drive customer data integrations for voice AI and RAG pipeline with external SaaS platforms (e.g., Teams, Procore) and assist with vector database ingestion for key features.
  • Partner with machine learning, hardware, and other teams to deliver end‑to‑end seamless capabilities and step in where needed to ship.
  • Stay at cutting edge of AI coding tools.

Qualifications |

Required

  • 2+ years of experience building production-ready back-end services in Go, Rust, TypeScript/Node, or Python.

  • Exposure to mobile app development, including cross-platform frameworks like React Native or native tools such as Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS, with proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping and integration.
  • Proficiency in unit and E2E testing with tools like Playwright, Jest, or Mocha to ensure reliable, high-performance web applications.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL (or MySQL), including efficient query writing and schema migration management.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and enthusiasm for mastering container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Git and GitHub for version control, including branching strategies, merging, pull requests, and collaborative workflows.
  • Understanding of web security fundamentals and APIs (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT).
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, a hunger for rapid learning, and strong collaboration skills in fast-paced teams.
  • Eligibility for U.S. work authorization within 3 months, with no restrictions on international travel.

  • Familiarity integrating LLMs at the application layer via APIs like OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.
  • Hands-on experience building cross-platform mobile apps, with expertise in native development using Kotlin for Android or Swift for iOS.
  • Background or keen interest in real-time protocols (WebSocket, WebRTC, SSE, gRPC streaming) or message queues.
  • Interest in DevOps, infrastructure cost optimization, and automated scaling.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, taking initiative on tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Experience with real-time communication platforms and voice AI.
