Radley Green is exclusively partnering with an ambitious entrepreneur launching a start-up recruitment business.


THIS IS AN AGENCY ROLE RATHER THAN IN-HOUSE AND SO PROVEN AGENCY / BILLINGS EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.


This entrepreneur has set up several recruitment businesses previously along with companies in other sectors, and is offering equity to the right candidate!!!!


We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Recruitment Manager to join as a founding partner—playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success.


If you're a highly motivated recruiter eager to take on a leadership role in a start-up environment—without the risks of going solo—this is the opportunity for you.

This role mirrors the experience of running your own business, offering the freedom to lead, strategise, and grow—without the financial risks.


What’s on Offer?


  • Competitive base salary (dependant on experience) + 49% equity in the business
  • Fully remote and so can be based anywhere in the UK – the Entrepreneur is based in Manchester, but this role is flexible on location.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Build a successful recruitment business using new and existing client and candidate information
  • Build & grow a strong network of clients and candidates alongside the Founder
  • Leverage Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage and track recruitment activities
  • Develop long-term client and candidate relationships through strong communication and engagement
  • Proactively generate leads and source top talent through various channels
  • Oversee recruitment activities using HRIS, ATS, and social media platforms


What We’re Looking For:


  • Proven billing success in agency recruitment
  • Previous experience building a desk in an agency environment
  • Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
