About The CSP Group

We are an award-winning corporate services firm headquartered in Dubai, with a regional presence across ADGM, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman. We specialise in GCC market entry, business incorporation, and corporate structuring, offering fully regulated, end-to-end solutions including company formation, PRO and visa services, nominee arrangements, corporate sponsorship, payroll, and accounting advisory. Our services are tailored to support international businesses at every stage — from initial market entry to ongoing compliance and operational support.

Role Description

The Compliance Manager & MLRO is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong compliance framework aligned with regulatory requirements, including AML/CFT obligations across all jurisdictions in which CSP operates. This includes oversight of regulatory compliance, risk assessments, policy development, training, and acting as the primary liaison with regulators and financial intelligence units.

In addition to regulatory responsibilities, the role plays a strategic part in supporting the Leadership Team with the oversight and delivery of client incorporation projects and ongoing corporate services.

A key focus of the role is fostering a proactive compliance culture, which includes leading, mentoring, and developing the compliance team to ensure high standards, continuous learning, and operational excellence. The Compliance Manager should empower the team through clear direction, regular training, and creating an environment of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Management

  • Manage clients' annual regulatory obligations, including commercial licence renewals and associated filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Stay informed on international and local regulatory developments to anticipate changes, ensure compliance, and proactively manage risks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external authorities (e.g. ADGM, DFSA, UAE government entities, and regulators) to ensure operational efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and operational risks through the implementation of robust frameworks and control measures.
  • Deliver strategic advisory support to clients on compliance matters, maintaining up-to-date records and guiding clients on implementing changes within the regulatory framework.
  • Ensure all actions and practices align with CSP's Code of Conduct and core compliance standards.

MLRO Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with financial intelligence units and regulatory authorities on AML/CFT and suspicious activity reporting.
  • Oversee and apply appropriate AML/CFT risk assessment procedures tailored to client risk profiles.
  • Ensure internal policies and client documentation meet AML regulatory requirements, including suspicious transaction reporting protocols.
  • Develop, update, and enforce AML/CFT policies and procedures aligned with ADGM and UAE regulations.

Governance

  • Draft, review, and advise on incorporation documents, resolutions, and filings to ensure full alignment with corporate and legal frameworks.
  • Exercise sound judgement in high-stakes compliance and governance matters, balancing multiple priorities and legal considerations in a structured and compliant manner.
  • Identify areas to streamline governance and compliance processes, ensuring alignment with CSP’s broader strategic goals.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the compliance team, promoting a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous learning, excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Conduct quality reviews of team output, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory expectations.
  • Assist the Leadership Team with strategic discussions during client onboarding and complex structuring, working closely with legal and corporate specialists to ensure compliance is embedded from the outset.
  • Design and deliver internal training sessions to upskill team members and reinforce compliance culture across departments.
  • Champion a culture of integrity and accountability, ensuring staff across all jurisdictions understand their compliance obligations.

Requirements for the Role

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of Compliance, with at least 3-5 years in a management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Professional certification such as ACAMS is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a registered MLRO within the UAE (ADGM/DIFC) mandatory
