Position: Senior Product Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi (Re-location)
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution and commercialization of our in-house Big Data & AI Analytics Platform. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise, strong product leadership, and a sharp commercial mindset.
You will be working back-to-back with technical product leads, augmenting the product vision, driving execution, and scaling a modern platform that integrates advanced data processing, machine learning capabilities, and LLM-powered tools. This is a senior leadership role that will shape our GTM strategy, build the product team, and ensure our platform meets the needs of data engineers, analysts, and AI- driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional
- Define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for our analytics platform, aligning it with evolving market trends in GenAI, BI, and big data processing.
- Build and lead a high-performing product team with strong technical and analytical capabilities.
- Establish and refine product processes across discovery, planning, delivery, and iteration.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, data, security, and go-to-market
- functions.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy including packaging, pricing, and competitive
- positioning.
- Lead competitive analysis and market research to ensure differentiated positioning and
- relevance.
- Set priorities across core capabilities such as data processing, ML integrations, agentic
- workflows, conversational analytics and visualizations.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI components with underlying data architecture and user-
- facing tools.
- Engage with enterprise users and strategic clients to validate product direction and address
- adoption challenges.
- Represent the product in executive briefings, customer presentations, and technical roadmap
- reviews.
- Oversee development of solution architecture templates and deployment blueprints for
- common analytics and AI use cases.
- Define and maintain hardware sizing guides by mapping projected workloads to infrastructure
- specs (RAM, CPU, storage types, etc.).
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure the platform is scalable, secure,
- and extensible.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 3–5 years in a senior management leadership role.
- A deep understanding of building data intensive generic platforms, driven by metadata. Proven success bringing analytics or big data processing or AI platforms to market.
- Commercial mindset with experience in GTM planning, pricing, and positioning.
- Deep understanding of data architectures: data lake, data warehouse, processing engines (e.g.,
- Spark, Trino, ClickHouse), data governance and security policies.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML workflows including LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and model
- lifecycle integration.
- Experience with defining enterprise-ready solution blueprints and architecture patterns.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; adept at engaging both technical and non-
- technical audiences.
- Track record of strategic product planning, roadmap execution, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to evaluate trade-offs and balance technical complexity with business value.
- Ability to project workloads onto infrastructure requirements and guide hardware sizing and
- vendor selection.
