We’re looking for a Product Owner to turn our product vision into reality. You’ll work closely with developers and other stakeholders to manage the backlog, refine requirements, and ensure our features deliver real value. Roles & Responsibility

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand the product roadmap and translate it into a clear delivery plan
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog to maximise value delivery
  • Write and refine user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for development teams
  • Work closely with developers and designers, and QA engineers to ensure features meet requirements and are delivered on time
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to support the agile delivery process
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve product features
  • Document workflows, processes, and product updates for internal and external reference
  • Support product testing and validation to ensure quality before release


Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar delivery-focused role within B2B fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Solid understanding of agile principles, Scrum, and backlog management
  • Strong skills in writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying delivery risks or blockers
