We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team.
This role is perfect for individuals with strong design and visual storytelling skills who can
transform content briefs into impactful visuals and videos that align with Hexa’s brand identity.
As we scale towards managing a billion-dollar asset portfolio, we seek collaborators who share our growth mindset: creative, adaptable, and eager to grow with us. We are open to both long-term part-time team members and freelance partners who can deliver on demand.
Working Hours: (for part-time team member)
This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week, as follows:
- Time zone: Vietnam Time (GMT+7)
- Monday to Friday: 8PM - 12AM
- 100% Remote
- Zoom meetings required during working hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Design social media graphics (posts, ads, visuals) on-brand and aligned with content strategy.
- Coordinate with Content Marketing to understand content requests, deadlines, and formats.
- Create digital assets for investor materials (brochures, flyers, pitch decks, infographics).
- Support short-form video content creation (basic motion graphics, editing).
- Handle urgent design needs (event posters, announcement visuals) while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Organize and hand over design files systematically; support uploading/posting when needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Managers.
Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio in graphic design and video editing.
- 3+ years of experience in design for digital marketing, social media and branding.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: Premiere Pro/After Effects/AI tools).
- Familiarity with branding systems, typography, and color psychology.
- Experience in creating infographics, investor decks, and short-form social content.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a good team player.
