Compensation: Competitive salary of upto USD 100K - $120K per annum based on experience and qualifications, with opportunity for up to 25% additional target based performance bonus, making your expected total compensation USD $150K+ per annum. This role is for you if:

  • You have a 3+ year history of measurably lifting conversion rates (CRO) for e-commerce or D2C brands.

  • You are a strategic problem-solver who understands that a winning test is a blend of sharp data, persuasive copy, and seamless user experience.

🎯 CORE 90-DAY DELIVERABLE

You must deliver ONE validated A/B test winner that achieves:

  • ≥30% revenue per visitor uplift (statistically significant at 95% confidence).
  • Is a Radical Differentiation from standard e-commerce experiences or a Superior Friction Solve.
  • Shows sustained performance over a minimum 14-day test period with ≥10,000 visitors.


Secondary KPIs:

  • Complete a full CRO audit identifying 10+ high-impact test opportunities with data-backed revenue uplift estimates.


Achieving this is the first step. In 12-24 months, you will have built a world-class conversion engine, accelerated your path to leadership, and be working with complete location flexibility.
