📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and stakeholders)
- Translate user and business needs into clear requirements and actionable user stories
- Monitor progress, define KPIs, and measure product success
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong plus
- Must have the legal right to work in Germany (German/EU passport or valid work permit)
