We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic and expanding development team.
This role goes beyond front-end development — you’ll help design, build, and evolve our suite of SaaS products that power contact-center workflow automation and AI-driven customer service solutions. You’ll contribute across the full stack, from intuitive front-end interfaces built with Angular and React, to scalable APIs and data architectures deployed on Microsoft Azure
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, multitenant SaaS applications using Angular (v10+) and React
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex workflows into seamless user experiences
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations, ensuring performance, reliability, and security
- Design and optimize cloudbased databases (SQL and NoSQL) for scalability and analytics
- Integrate AI technologies, including OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs, into productiongrade SaaS products
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, and participate in reviews to uphold best practices
- Optimize frontend and backend performance across hightraffic production environments
- Contribute to product design, UX consistency, and architecture decisions
- Stay current with SaaS architecture trends, frameworks, and cloud services
- Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks, proposing innovative solutions that improve the developer and user experience

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience building modern SaaS or enterprisescale web applications
- Proficiency in Angular (v10+), React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/ES6+
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with Azure Services
- Strong understanding of database design and optimization (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB)
- Practical experience integrating OpenAI or other AI APIs into production systems
- Familiarity with multitenant SaaS design principles, including authentication, scalability, and data partitioning
- Version control experience with Git / GitHub
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Must be a US resident

- Experience with .NET Core, Node.js, or similar backend technologies
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of AIenhanced SaaS workflows and promptdriven automation
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to ClaudeAI or other LLMbased API frameworks
