Human Resources Manager – Automotive Manufacturing


Salary $85,000 – $110,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to the South-Central U.S.


Are you a bilingual HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Do you bring a balance of people skills, objectivity, and analytical horsepower? This opportunity will allow you to lead HR initiatives, strengthen team member relations, and apply your Excel expertise to drive better decisions in a growing Tier I automotive supplier.


As the Human Resources Manager, you’ll be a key leader serving as an employee champion and change agent. You’ll ensure fairness and consistency across policies, maintain accurate data and reports, and partner with finance to align HR operations with company goals — all while fostering a culture built on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Other daily responsibilities will be:

· Manage and oversee employee relations, ensuring fairness and neutrality

· Recruit, onboard, and retain a high-performing workforce

· Handle payroll coordination, budgeting, and cost tracking in collaboration with accounting

· Use advanced Excel and HRIS tools for reporting, analytics, and workforce planning

· Lead training and development initiatives for all levels of staff

· Drive compliance with employment laws and company policies

· Promote a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and operational excellence.


Minimum requirements for this Human Resources Manager position:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

· At least 4 years of HR management experience in manufacturing

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

· Strong Excel and data analysis skills (testing required)

· Solid understanding of accounting processes, budgeting, and payroll coordination

· Demonstrated objectivity, professionalism, and strong employee-relations skills

· HRIS experience preferred (UKG, Workday, or similar)

· SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
