You’ll lead documentation efforts that span SOPs, policies, and communications, while managing a unique program within the Content Operations space.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with enterprise partners like Product, Compliance, Legal, and regularly engage with senior leadership. You’ll thrive here if you're a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and you're excited about using AI and modern tools to drive efficiency, clarity, and innovation in how we communicate.
What You'll Do

- Create content that supports operations across multiple products and reflects how things actually work for our front-line teams.
- Lead a unique program within the Content Operations space, shaping how content is created, maintained, and delivered across the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—Product, Legal, Compliance, Business Analysts, and more—to gather insights and ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with business owners and senior leaders to ensure documentation supports both strategic goals and day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate and lead meetings with SMEs and stakeholders to gather information and drive clarity.
- Use tools like Confluence Cloud, JIRA, and Workfront to manage projects and keep everything organized (Workfront experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll help you get up to speed).
- Explore how AI and emerging technologies can help us work smarter and improve the quality of our content.
- Continuously look for ways to improve how we work together—refining processes and making collaboration smoother across teams.
- Share your work openly and provide thoughtful feedback to colleagues to help raise the bar for everyone.
- Write with empathy and clarity, always keeping the needs of our front-line associates front and center.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of technical writing experience (1+ years in financial services preferred).
- Strong written communication and time management skills—able to balance high-quality standards with tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to writing and editing.
- High-energy, positive, and flexible team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Experience with Confluence Cloud, JIRA, Workfront, and graphic editing tools.
- Portfolio of original content demonstrating your ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences.
