Position Overview
A global relocation and logistics organization is seeking a
Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize its online content strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling written materials, managing SEO and paid campaigns, and enhancing the brand’s digital presence across multiple channels. This role requires a creative thinker with strong writing skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish weekly blog content, including topic ideation, keyword research, and original copywriting for online publication.
- Enhance digital content using SEO-driven strategies, including keyword optimization, metadata management, link building, and performance tracking to increase organic traffic.
- Create and manage Google Ads and other PPC campaigns, ensuring effective budget management and ROI optimization.
- Write and manage social media posts across all major platforms; monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track performance.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external newsletters to support company communications.
- Manage and update the company’s CRM system (HubSpot or similar) to maintain accurate marketing and customer data.
- Monitor online reviews across multiple platforms and support reputation management initiatives.
- Assist in the design and creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, tradeshow materials, and other sales collateral.
- Proofread and edit marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
Qualifications And Skills
- Strong business writing and editing abilities with attention to tone, grammar, and brand consistency.
- Proven experience in SEO, content marketing, and Google Ads campaign management.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and math skills to interpret marketing metrics and campaign data.
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Facebook and Google Ads.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Experience using HubSpot, MS Teams, and WordPress.
- Familiarity with review platforms such as Google Reviews, TrustPilot, and Yelp is a plus.
