Business Excellence Analyst – Medical Aesthetics | 100% Remote


One of the world’s largest names in medical aesthetics is seeking a Business Excellence Analyst to join its high-performing team. This role plays a vital part in shaping data-driven decisions across the organisation, supporting commercial, marketing, and finance teams with insights that drive growth and performance.


As part of the Business Excellence function, you’ll design, build, and deliver clear, actionable analysis that influences key strategic initiatives. Working with Power BI, Excel, and large data sets, you’ll streamline reporting, enhance visibility, and ensure a consistent “single source of truth” for stakeholders across the business.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead reporting for the Aesthetics Business Unit, delivering accurate and timely sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc) using data warehouses and cubes
  • Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards to support business visibility and decision-making
  • Analyse sales performance for bonus calculations, SvT tracking, and forecasting to guide strategic planning
  • Identify trends, KPIs, and commercial insights to uncover new opportunities and improve outcomes
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams to align on business metrics and performance tracking
  • Support segmentation, targeting, and resource allocation to enhance sales force effectiveness
  • Conduct geospatial mapping and territory optimisation to maximise efficiency and coverage


The Ideal Candidate


  • At least five years’ experience in commercial finance, ideally with exposure to pricing and revenue optimisation
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualisation tools for modelling and reporting
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
  • Proven capability in pricing analysis, margin optimisation, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
  • Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
