(Junior Level) – Capital Markets Technology

Our client is expanding its network operations capabilities and building out a new Network Operations Center (NOC) to support a fast-paced, global trading environment.
We are now seeking junior-level Network Engineers who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a small, collaborative team. This is an opportunity to work in a low-latency, high-performance capital markets environment, a completely different world than traditional ISP or enterprise networking.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Level 2 network support and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve requests coming into the network team.
- Work alongside senior engineers to learn capital markets workflows and how networking underpins a global trading environment.
- Participate in team knowledge sharing, documentation, and developing playbooks as the NOC matures.
- Contribute to a tight-knit, collaborative team where everyone supports one another.
What We’re Looking For
- Early-career engineer with ~1+ year of hands-on networking experience.
- Exposure to capital markets or financial services networking preferred.
- Strong foundation in core networking concepts: Multicast routing, Low-latency environments and BGP, EGP, and OSPF.
- Arista experience is a nice-to-have, but not required.
- Someone who can confidently discuss: Projects they’ve worked on, their contributions and achievements and what excites them about networking and capital markets.
- Personal attributes: Naturally curious and motivated to learn, team player, collaborative, and proactive and confident but humble.
