What you'll do:
- Lead and mentor a small, global analytics team (based in the US and near shore)
- Drive consumer experience and digital analytics initiatives with a focus on direct-to-consumer strategies
- Work hands-on with SQL, BI tools, GA4, and Google Tag Manager to derive insights from raw data
- Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
- Partner across teams to shape digital strategy and deliver measurable impact
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in consumer or digital analytics, with strong technical skills in SQL, BI (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc), and GA4/GTM
- Proven leadership experience managing and growing analytics teams -- at least 3 years of direct management
- A personable, outgoing communicator who's comfortable engaging across all levels of the business
- Strong background in direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital analytics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
