POSITION: Labor Relations Sr.(Coordinator)

Ensure the legality of all employees' contractual relationships, maintain an optimal work environment for the staff, foster a good relationship with the labor union, take control of the employee services (canteen and transportation) and monitor turnover and absenteeism indicators.


JOB SUMMARY


Bachelor’s degree: Human Resources, Organizational Psychologist, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Lawyer or any related.

English Conversational skills- fluent Must·

Site- Querétaro. Parque O Donnell Aeropuerto El Marqués·

Timing availability, passion, drive, innovative and resilience to work with a multicultural know- how.

This position reports to a HR Manager

Automotive industry expertise it´s a must for this position –

Plus – Experience in airbags

It’s difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.

Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation.

Experience minimum 3 years in automotive industry (must) as Labor Relations Sr / Coordinator in automotive industry:

• Validate compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Internal Work Regulations.

• Ensure proper service and operation of employee cafeteria and transportation benefits.

• Develop strategies to maintain favorable turnover and absenteeism indicators.

• Manage salary changes for hourly personnel.

• Provide support to salaried staff in HR systems (FUSION, KRONOS).

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with the labor union.

• Analyze data to present monthly closing HR metrics.

• Handle internal and external labor audits. • Maintain a stable and positive work environment.

• Ensure confidentiality regarding personnel administration matters.

• Ensure timely submission of payroll incident reports (terminations and salary changes).

• Ensure compliance with labor requirements established by the Ministry of Labor (STPS).

• Follow up on labor negotiations before the local labor board and labor defense attorney’s office.

• Handling legal procedures in JLCA and PROFEDET

• Knowledge of IATF 16949.

• Knowledge of applicable NOM-STPS labor regulations.

• Knowledge of Oracle system.

• Strong supervisory skills.
