Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for leading compensation & benefits programs in alignment with our DHL Group rewards philosophy and strategy. Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation matters, including market pricing/survey participation, job evaluation/matching, merit & promotional increases, STI, LTI support, pay audits, pay bands development, soft benefits and wage compliance. Develops salary budget recommendations to help the company achieve equitable and competitive employee compensation and partners directly with senior business leaders to lead the development and execution of compensation initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a highly competitive marketplace. Role is also responsible for management the process related to relocation. Administation of HRIS ensuring data is accurately reflected and compliant. Manages employment and pay equity reporting in accordance with Colombian employment legislation.
Oversees implementation of payroll processes and timelines considering internal/external best practices, local legislation and alignment requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with DHL’s Total Rewards strategy.
- Partner with leaders, HRBPs, Finance, and Legal to guide compensation planning cycles, including merit reviews, promotions, incentives, severance, and job evaluations.
- Conduct market benchmarking, pay equity analyses, audits, and reporting to ensure internal fairness, external competitiveness, and adherence to regulations.
- Oversee the implementation, optimization, and data integrity of HRIS systems, ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards while driving process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison with Regional/Global HR and external partners for compensation projects, HRIS upgrades, system integrations, and mobility/relocation processes.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of payroll cycles in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
- Provide strategic insights through compensation dashboards, HR data analytics, and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
- Drive effective communication, education, and change management to ensure understanding and adoption of compensation, HRIS, and payroll initiatives across the organization.
Your Perfil
- Professional in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Finance or similar with Specialization and/or Diploma in Management.
- Minimum 8 years of depth expertise and knowledge in designing, implementing and providing direction to compensation, benefits and rewards functions, ideally in multinational environments.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
