Join a fast-growing AI company serving Fortune 500 legal teams. The team was founded in 2023, is now ~80 employees, and recently raised a $105M Series A led by General Catalyst with extensive runway and meaningful equity potential. This is a customer-facing, on-site (5 days/week) role in Palo Alto focused on turning real enterprise problems into shipped AI solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Own the customer <> engineering loop: capture priorities, analyze feedback/data, and translate into customer-specific solutions.
- Deliver value, not demos: drive scoping, timelines, and execution with engineering to ensure on-time delivery of high-impact deployments.
- Represent platform capabilities: guide customers on what to build based on current/near-term product strategy and technical constraints.
- Inform the roadmap: surface cross-customer themes and platform needs to influence core engineering priorities.
- Showcase outcomes: lead demos, trainings, and adoption efforts with enterprise stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
- Product/operator hybrid: 3–6 years in consulting/strategy and product at a top VC-backed startup or enterprise AI context.
- Enterprise chops: experience shipping solutions for B2B/enterprise users; comfort with procurement, security, and stakeholder alignment.
- AI fluency: hands-on with modern AI tools and deployment patterns; “native” daily user of AI is a must.
- Customer-facing strength: excellent communication, demoing, and training skills; you can own executive-level relationships.
- Bonus: exposure to in-house legal workflows or legaltech.
Not the Best Fit If
- Primarily high-level/managerial with little IC execution.
- Consulting-only background with no product/deployment ownership.
