At InnoIT, we’re looking for experienced AI Software Engineers to help us build real-world ML/LLM products at scale.

What we value:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years shipping ML to production with measurable impact. Bonus for NLP, search, and recommender systems.
• Practical LLM/agent work: RAG, prompt optimization, fine-tuning, agent design, evals. DSPy familiarity a plus.
• Broad ML depth: XGBoost and classic ML. Deep learning (Transformers), GNNs, and reinforcement learning.
• End-to-end MLOps: latency/cost optimization, monitoring/tracing, and reusable platforms/frameworks.
