The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping bold, innovative visual communications for a diverse range of audiences. This fully remote position offers the chance to collaborate with passionate colleagues and leverage industry-leading tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to deliver impactful digital, web, social, and print work. Job Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual assets for digital, web, social, and print campaigns, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to healthcare communications (including clinical trials).
- Apply strong foundational design skills—layout, color, typography, and composition—to create clear, engaging visuals.
- Deliver creative work that meets brand standards, regulatory guidelines, and project deadlines, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
- Follow creative direction and project guidelines provided by senior team members, adapting work as needed to meet expectations.
- Edit and refine existing design assets based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Contribute to web and digital design projects and presentations, leveraging tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Manage internal file organization and asset libraries, ensuring assets are well-organized and accessible.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and delivery teams in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, adapting creative approaches to meet project needs.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and internal review cycles, demonstrating a willingness to learn, grow, and experiment with new design tools, techniques, and trends.
- Remain open to feedback and constructive critique, continuously improving design work and processes.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and knowledge of both print and digital.
- Some experience with Figma, PowerPoint, web design tools, and basic knowledge of UX/UI design is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, responsiveness, and effective communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage files and assets.
- Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to participate in training and team development; ability to learn new skills and processes.
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is preferred but not required.

The anticipated salary range for this position will be $28.85-$33.65/hour. This position is eligible for overtime pay. Salary is based on job-related factors such as: years of relevant experience, qualifications and/or certifications. Spectrum reserves the right to modify this pay range at any given time.
