Job Title: Oracle User Provisioning Security Analyst – Human Resources Focus Duration: 12 Months, possibility to extend Travel: 100% remote with some travel for key project milestones
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and security-focused Oracle User Provisioning Security Analyst to support access governance and user provisioning within the Oracle environment, with a special emphasis on HR modules (Oracle HCM). The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, IT, and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient user access management across HR applications.Key Responsibilities:
Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning in Oracle systems, with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) and related modules.
Ensure appropriate role-based access control (RBAC) is maintained in alignment with HR and compliance policies.
Work closely with HR business partners and IT security to gather requirements and implement access changes securely.
Monitor and audit user access to ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot access issues and support users with onboarding/offboarding processes.
Maintain documentation of security roles, access controls, and provisioning procedures.
Participate in security reviews, risk assessments, and internal/external audits.
Assist in periodic access certifications and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis.
Propose improvements and automation opportunities in the user provisioning process.
Collaborate with HRIS and ERP teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with system configurations.
Qualifications: Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Oracle security administration, ideally with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud or E-Business Suite HR modules.
Strong understanding of user provisioning, access governance, and identity lifecycle management.
Familiarity with HR processes and sensitive data handling.
Experience with role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in HR and IT.
Preferred:
Experience with Oracle Identity Management
Knowledge of data privacy regulations
HR certifications or Oracle HCM Cloud certifications a plus.
Experience with audit and compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO 27001).
