About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Developer to join our growing team and help bring this new platform to life. You’ll work closely with our product designers and engineers to build, test, and launch key features for the interview experience — from real-time chat to interactive dashboards.
You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving team where your ideas matter, and you’ll get to see your work make a real difference, fast.
This is a long-term role, and we’re specifically seeking someone who’s ready to start immediately and grow with us as the product evolves.
We also provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the development of our new AI Interview platform from the ground up.
- Collaborate with designers, product leads, and AI engineers to create seamless user experiences.
- Learn about AI integration, data handling, and real-time communication tools.
- Participate in product discussions and take ownership of small but important features.
- Be part of a startup environment where initiative and creativity are encouraged.
