As our team expands rapidly, we’re looking for a skilled and proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to build the foundation of our people operations, from recruitment to payroll, onboarding, performance tracking, and team culture.
Role Overview
As our HR & Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll own the full employee lifecycle: hiring top talent, creating easy and clear onboarding systems, ensuring team performance through KPI follow-up, managing payroll, and reporting to the CEO on overall team health and efficiency.
You’ll also serve as the link between all departments, helping resolve internal issues and keeping communication professional and transparent.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and trial periods.
- Build strong pipelines for marketing, operations, and support roles.
- Coordinate with department heads (COO, CMO) to define role scorecards and KPIs.
Onboarding & SOPs
- Create and maintain clear onboarding checklists for every role.
- Set up employees with their business emails, tools access, and company accounts.
- Ensure every new hire has a 30/60/90-day plan aligned with company KPIs.
Payroll & Admin
- Manage salary payments via Wise or Deel, ensuring timely and accurate payouts.
- Keep an updated payroll tracker and handle monthly HR reports.
- Ensure contracts, NDAs, and IP agreements are signed and organized.
Performance & Accountability
- Track each team member’s KPIs and performance metrics weekly.
- Organize 1:1 meetings to review progress and identify support needs.
- Spot low performance early and suggest corrective actions or training.
Team Management & Culture
- Maintain positive communication across all teams.
- Handle internal issues and conflicts professionally, ensuring fast and fair resolution.
- Support healthy team culture and engagement through transparency and motivation.
Reporting & Coordination
- Provide weekly reports to the COO summarizing:
- New hires and recruitment pipeline.
- Team performance and key metrics.
- Issues or risks in team workflow.
- Payroll updates and upcoming needs.
Requirements
- Based in Morocco (Full-Time Remote).
- 2+ years in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations (remote experience preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
- Familiar with remote tools (Google Workspace, ClickUp/Asana, Slack, Wise, Deel, or similar).
- Proactive, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple departments.
