About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior iOS Developer to take ownership of building and delivering high-performance iOS applications. The right candidate is a proven expert who can produce results quickly, write clean and scalable code, and ensure a seamless user experience. This role requires a developer who can operate at a high level of independence, while also guiding and mentoring others on the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
• Ensure top-quality performance, reliability, and scalability across iOS devices.
• Drive best practices in architecture, code quality, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to ship new features quickly.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, debug, and implement long-term fixes with efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Stay current with Apple technologies, frameworks, and tools to maintain a competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 5+ years focused on iOS.
• Strong command of Swift and Objective-C, with deep expertise in iOS frameworks and libraries.
• Demonstrated success in publishing and maintaining high-quality apps in the App Store.
• Excellent understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and mobile UI/UX principles.
• Proven ability to optimize apps for performance, speed, and stability.
• Experience integrating APIs, third-party services, and complex backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and modern development workflows (Xcode Cloud, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitrise).
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Flutter/Dart or cross-platform frameworks (a plus, not required).
• Experience with cloud services such as Firebase, AWS Amplify, or similar.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Contributions to open-source or active involvement in the iOS development community.
