Mission

You won’t just build CRM systems—you’ll become a trusted advisor who diagnoses root problems, streamlines operations, and drives real business growth across marketing, sales, and service departments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Systems Design & Strategic Consulting

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients by deeply understanding their business models, revenue goals, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Redesign systems that span departments—beyond just HubSpot—by mapping business workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending scalable solutions.
  • Challenge client assumptions by diagnosing underlying problems rather than just executing surface-level requests.

HubSpot Architecture & Technical Implementation

  • Architect and implement custom HubSpot solutions including workflows, automation, reporting dashboards, pipeline management, lead scoring, integrations, and more.
  • Leverage third-party tools and APIs to enhance HubSpot’s native capabilities.
  • Ensure technical solutions directly support client revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Client Management & Relationship Ownership

  • Own a portfolio of 10–12 client relationships, contributing to $20K+ in monthly recurring revenue.
  • Maintain a 90%+ client retention rate by delivering measurable value and building trusted advisor status.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, timelines, and communication—responding to 95% of inquiries within 24 hours.

Process Documentation & Client Enablement

  • Document all systems, configurations, workflows, and automations with precision.
  • Build client-facing resources and training materials that empower users to independently manage their HubSpot systems post-engagement.

Project & Time Management

  • Scope projects accurately, communicate timelines clearly, and deliver consistently with 90%+ on-time delivery rate.
  • Set and enforce time boundaries—protecting personal time while maintaining high-impact performance.
  • Evaluate client fit during the first 90 days and professionally offboard misaligned accounts to maintain portfolio quality.


Qualifications


Core Skills & Experience

  • Professional experience in CRM implementation, Hubspot, business consulting, or systems architecture.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs (Enterprise level preferred).
  • Strong technical proficiency in HubSpot automation, reporting, workflows, sequences, integrations, and custom object configuration.
  • Experience with business process analysis, workflow mapping, and cross-functional system design.

Consultative Mindset

  • Thinks like a business consultant—able to translate vague symptoms into precise diagnoses and systems-based solutions.
  • Strategic problem-solver with the ability to challenge client requests and steer toward impactful outcomes.
  • Experience working across industries and adapting quickly to different business models.

Client & Communication Excellence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—especially in explaining technical concepts in business terms.
  • Comfortable with difficult conversations around scope, timelines, and performance.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to lead discovery workshops and executive-level discussions.

Project & Time Discipline

  • Mastery of time blocking, prioritization, and boundary-setting to maintain personal and professional sustainability.
  • Familiarity with remote/async team environments and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).

Documentation & Enablement

  • Strong attention to detail in documenting systems, training materials, and client handoff assets.
  • Ability to create scalable documentation that enables client autonomy post-engagement.



Position Description

- You will have to work from 4 pm - 12 am Beirut time

- You will also be expected to complete your tasks (see above) every day, Monday-Friday.

- This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.

- You may request time off anytime with advanced notice.


Compensation: $2,500 - $3,000 per month
