At Exness, we are not just a leading trading broker—we’ve reimagined what it takes to be a leader. With 40M+ trades a day and 2,000+ people across 13 countries, we combine scale, care, and real tech to make trading better for 1M+ clients worldwide.

Recognised globally as a Best Place to Work, we’re a people-first company where long-term wins always matter more. As part of our team, you will shape the future of fintech with real technology, care, and purpose.

Why this role matters

As a QA Engineer, you will collaborate with QA Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to maintain the high quality of our trading platform. You will drive the QA process across development cycles, contribute to test automation, and ensure we deliver exceptional experiences to our traders. You will own the testing process end-to-end and help evolve our quality practices.

The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.

What you'll actually do

  • Define, implement, and manage test strategies in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring quality is embedded across the development lifecycle.
  • Perform in-depth manual testing, including exploratory sessions, to identify defects early and ensure product integrity.
  • Develop and maintain reliable, maintainable automated tests and frameworks. Contribute to scalable environments across teams.
  • Maintain and enhance QA frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and testing environments to streamline test execution.
  • Configure and track quality metrics. Analyze issues through various channels, create tasks, ensure root cause fix delivery, and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Create and execute detailed test plans for large features and projects. Lead integration and non-functional testing efforts.
  • Systematically review merge requests for automated tests and supervise quality processes throughout the entire delivery pipeline.
  • Conduct technical interviews, contribute during planning, take initiative to support team-level growth, and provide input that improves accuracy and resource allocation.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer testing backend, frontend, or mobile native applications.
  • Proven ability to design and execute test strategies across different layers of an application.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing approaches, and test case design
  • Good understanding of REST APIs and web service testing
  • Proficient in test automation frameworks using JavaScript (Playwright) and Python (Pytest)
  • Experience testing multi-platform applications (Web, Android, iOS, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Charles
  • Familiarity with Allure and CI systems like GitLab
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Nice to have: experience with Kafka, Grafana, Amplitude, and BrowserStack
  • English proficiency: B2 level or higher
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to contribute beyond core QA responsibilities.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.

What we offer along the way

  • Competitive salary and annual performance bonus
  • Full relocation support for you and your family — flights, housing, visas, and legal assistance included
