About The Role

The Business Analyst (Product) plays a critical role in translating business goals into actionable product strategies, ensuring that our digital health solutions maximize patient engagement and align with our mission of global health impact.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and clarify business goals and product needs
• Create and maintain comprehensive product requirements documentation
• Define product specs, tickets and manage product backlog
• Facilitate collaboration between product and technical teams
• Define UAT and unit tests with the QA team
• Support Product Managers in implementing user research and product designs/ideas testing
• Support Product Managers in improving product analytics to support data-driven product optimization decisions.
• Support Product Managers in analyzing customer feedback and recommend product improvements

What You’ll Need

• 5-10 years of BA experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in software product development requirements gathering
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure startup environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Figma is a plus
