The role
As a Front-end Engineer, you will design and implement intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to turn complex requirements into elegant, maintainable code.
You’ll also play a leadership role in guiding less experienced colleagues and contributing to technical decisions that shape our product direction and strategy.
What you’ll do
- Develop responsive, scalable web interfaces using Vue.js
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimize applications for speed and performance across devices and browsers
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS
- Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
- Contribute to and maintain our front-end build systems and component libraries
- Stay up to date with front-end trends, tools, and best practices
About you
- 3–5 years of front-end development experience, with a strong focus on Vue.js
- Solid understanding of the Vue.js ecosystem (Vue Router, Composition API, Vuex or Pinia)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and/or TypeScript
- Experience building responsive and accessible web interfaces
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling (Axios or Fetch)
- Strong version control experience with Git
- Experience working in agile environments
- Excellent communicator — able to update technical and non-technical peers alike
- Eligible to work in the United States (no outsourcing or B2B arrangements)
Bonus points if you have
- Experience with Drupal or PHP
- Familiarity with component libraries (PrimeVue, Vuetify, Tailwind CSS)
- Prior experience in large-scale web applications
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
- Experience with Cypress, Playwright, Jest, or Vue Test Utils
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines)
- Experience with Docker, AWS, and Terraform
