We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS company that builds cloud-based applications for enterprise clients. They’re seeking multiple .NET Software Engineers to join the Product Development team across three levels:
Advanced, Senior, and Principal Software Engineer. These are hands-on roles where you’ll help design, scale, and deliver high-quality applications that power SaaS solutions in the cloud.
Relocation assistance and work visa sponsorship are available for qualified candidates already authorized to work in the United States. The positions offer hybrid flexibility after the first 90 days.
In-Office Schedule
During the first 90 days, you’ll be expected to work in-office at least two days per week. After that period, the Products team offers remote flexibility with only one required in-person engagement each month. Candidates must either live in the Dallas metropolitan area or be willing to relocate (relocation assistance available).
What You’ll Do
- Design and scale front-end applications and back-end databases
- Implement RESTful and SOAP web services in a cloud environment
- Write clean, testable code with peer reviews and regular check-ins
- Develop database objects such as tables, stored procedures, and functions
- Apply architectural trade-offs using synchronous and asynchronous design patterns
- Collaborate across teams while taking on growing leadership responsibility
Experience Levels & Compensation
- Advanced Software Developer: $137K base + up to $15K bonus (TCC up to $152K) | Min: 5+ years .NET and 2+ years Azure [U.S. experience]
- Senior Software Developer: $146K base + up to $15K bonus (TCC up to $161K) | Min: 6+ years .NET and 2+ years Azure [U.S. experience]
- Software Engineer (Principal Level): $159K base + up to $20K bonus (TCC up to $179K) | Min: 7+ years .NET and 2+ years Azure [U.S. experience]
