We make comedy games and have pretty weird ideas for our marketing assets and in-game animations, we need you to help us achieve those 💃

Are you a “jack of all trades” artist enjoying tasks shifting from making in-game screenshots to character animations? Juggling tasks from different teams and people

Then we promise to say yes to the most ridiculous ideas you can come up with… Like recreating that meme you love or some epic scene in your favorite movie.

If that’s you, then come help us make comedy games 🍌 🐴

What You Will Do

Your primary role will be to work with Marketing and game teams to maximize the impact of our games by creating crazy, wacky and wonderful marketing assets from within the game engine.

This includes everything from concept development, in engine screenshot composition to the creation of short animation sequences using in-game assets.

In addition, we also require help producing in-game animations for current and as yet unannounced titles!

As you'll be handling requests from several game teams as well as Marketing, it's vital that you can confidently manage your own workload, priorities, and deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop concepts for game Marketing materials
  • Compose impactful and hilarious screenshots from in-engine
  • Produce short in-game animation sequences from storyboard to delivery
  • Work closely with game teams to produce in-game animations for both props and characters

Requirements

  • Blender skills (skinning, modeling, etc.)
  • Experience setting up animation rigs in Unity
  • Expertise in composition, camera movement and setup
  • Prior experience creating marketing assets for games
  • Strong illustration skills

Requirements For Any Job Opening At Triband

  • You thrive in taking ownership of your area, spotting problems, asking for advice when in doubt, and implementing your own solution.
  • You actively support a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, inclusiveness, and creativity.
  • A great working environment is important for you, and you help out around you.
  • You have team production experiences, such as using git, branching, stand-ups, sprints, and reviews.

Practicalities

  • 37 hours work week with options for flexible schedules
  • No crunch - people over deadlines
  • Our working language is English
  • The job is on-site at our nice office in downtown Copenhagen, Denmark. (We can't help with relocation, sorry!)

We Offer

  • Quite silly projects
  • Very nice colleagues
  • Pretty chill and non-competitive working environment where failure is part of the success
  • Lunch included (also vegetarian/vegan options)
  • Paid parental leave
  • Pension plan
  • Health Insurance

Deadline And Start

The application deadline is June 21, 2024, but we'll look at applications as they arrive.

We hope that you can start as soon as possible, but we will wait for the right candidate.

WHAT THE TRIBAND?

We make people laugh! To do so, we focus on exploring comedy through gameplay. We like breaking player expectations, wonderous music, slick art, and a quirky atmosphere. We experiment a lot and it doesn’t always work out, but we always learn something.

We are currently ~37 people of 11 different nationalities. We put people first and strive to create a safe and creative working environment. We believe that teams, not individuals, make games - and we believe diversity makes for better teams. For these reasons, we look for people, who make the team better, bring new perspectives, and will challenge us and our way of doing things!
